• Product descriptions, benefits, and usage instructions are provided based on traditional Ayurvedic practices and texts.

• Orders can be placed through our website.
• Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Credit Card / Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), among other methods.

• We deliver pan-India through different shipping providers, depending on order size and destination.
• Tracking details will be provided to the customer for all orders placed.
• Shipping fees vary based on order size and delivery location.

Estimated delivery timelines (from the date of dispatch) are as follows. These timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including delays caused by third-party shipping providers, and we are not responsible for such delays.

No Returns or Refunds — Exchange Only

• We do not accept returns once the product is dispatched, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
• There are no refunds. In case a customer receives a damaged product, only an exchange will be offered.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and order number).

Exchange Process

• The exchange request will go through verification by our team once the exchange option is opted for.
• The exchange option can only be availed within 7 days from the date the product is delivered.
• If new units of the originally purchased product are not available at the time of exchange, the customer will be offered other products of their choice worth the same amount as the exchanged product.
• Refunds, where applicable under this process, will be processed as per our internal verification.

• Products should be used strictly according to the provided instructions.
• Keep medicines out of reach of children.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking other medications, or have medical conditions.
