No Returns or Refunds — Exchange Only

• We do not accept returns once the product is dispatched, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
• There are no refunds. In case a customer receives a damaged product, only an exchange will be offered.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and order number).

Exchange Process

• The exchange request will go through verification by our team once the exchange option is opted for.
• The exchange option can only be availed within 7 days from the date the product is delivered.
• If new units of the originally purchased product are not available at the time of exchange, the customer will be offered other products of their choice worth the same amount as the exchanged product.
• Refunds, where applicable under this process, will be processed as per our internal verification.

This policy describes how order cancellations are handled on VaidyaMart.

• Cancellation cannot be done once payment has been made.
• All orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• As orders are processed for dispatch soon after payment confirmation, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is placed.
